jeremy 3ba86b2ea8 feat: clothing lane, character sources, and DCC bridges
Bulk import of the working lanes that were living untracked on the PC.

Content:
- characters/ Lena/male body lanes, bakes, texture work, run logs
- clothing/ garment pipeline, configs, gates, contract docs
- garments/ MD-authored garment sources (.zprj/.zpac)
- UAL-Lib/ Universal Animation Library 2 source (.blend/.fbx/.glb)
- tools/ blender_bridge, iclone_bridge, md_bridge, tailor, glm_agent
- docs/, plans/, dev/, .agents/plans/

Repo hygiene:
- .gitattributes: LFS now covers .blend, .zprj, .zpac, .obj, .npy and the
Reallusion .iAvatar/.ccAvatar/.ccRestore containers. Without this the
~3.8 GB in this commit would land as raw blobs. .png/.jpg are left out
on purpose — ~250 are already tracked raw and converting them would
rewrite every one without shrinking history.
- .gitignore: exclude /accurig/ (~1 GB AccuRig program files, redistributable
from Reallusion, nothing authored here) and /dev/null/ (git-lfs hook copies
dropped by a `>/dev/null` redirect on Windows).

originals/ — READ-ONLY source models

Unrigged Tripo sculpt deliveries. These are the root of every character lineage. Full provenance, checksums, and the naming law live in ../REGISTRY.md.

file character role
male/male_base_bald_tripo_v1.fbx / .glb mako bald base male, unrigged A-pose, ~1.9M tris
female/female_lena_tripo.fbx / .glb lena base female, unrigged
male/mako_sculpt_fbx_v01.fbx / mako_sculpt_glb_v01.glb mako canonical-name alias — byte-identical copy of male_base_bald_tripo_v1
female/lena_sculpt_fbx_v01.fbx / lena_sculpt_glb_v01.glb lena canonical-name alias — byte-identical copy of female_lena_tripo

These files are name-synced mirrors of ariki-game/assets/models/characters/race-sources/ — same names, same bytes.

Do not

  • Do not edit these files in place — no resaving from Blender, CC, AccuRig, or any DCC. Even a "harmless" re-export changes bytes and breaks the checksums.
  • Do not rename them — not even to fix the missing _v1 on the female. Names are baked into tools and mirrored in the game repo; renames fork identity.
  • Do not delete them — ever.
  • Do not work here. To alter a model: copy it out to the character's working folder (../male/mako/, ../female/lena/), name the copy per the grammar in ../REGISTRY.md (<character>[_<variant>]_<stage>_<format>_v<NN>), and register it.

Files are marked with the Windows read-only attribute as a guard; the registry checksums are the real integrity check.
