chore(gitignore): per-stage lane output dirs (characters/work/*/v0N/)

characters/work/lena/v02/ is 1,019 MB — 15 .blend snapshots of the same ~883k-vertex
mesh plus their .glb exports. working-files.md puts per-attempt .blend in the SCRATCH
tier, 'never committed': the NN_*.py recipes are the history and regenerate any of
them from masters/55_fullres_v02.blend, which is pinned and tracked. The lane already
reached 3.0 GB once, 2.2 GB of it .blend files, which is why the rule exists.

git add -f any artifact that gets registered in characters/REGISTRY.md. None is yet —
the v03 body is HELD with known defects.

# Per-stage lane output dirs — the SCRATCH tier of working-files.md, in bulk.
# characters/work/lena/v02/ alone is 1,019 MB: 15 .blend snapshots of the same
# ~883k-vertex mesh (48_headsafe, seamed, reatlased, 52_transplant, 55_fix1/2/3,
# rigged, rigged_fix1/2/3, rigged_fullres, ...) plus their .glb exports. Exactly the
# growth the rule was written to stop — the lane hit 3.0 GB once before, 2.2 GB of it
# .blend files. The 48-55 recipes ARE the history and rebuild any of these from
# masters/55_fullres_v02.blend, which is pinned in .lanekeep and tracked.
# If a v02 artifact is ever registered in characters/REGISTRY.md, `git add -f` it —
# nothing here is registered yet (the v03 body is HELD with known defects).
