feat(exchange): native Kevin Iglesias pickaxe mining FBX for iClone editing

Two-hand Mining set (Begin/Loop Ground/Loop Wall/Stop) on the native B-* rig,
pulled from ariki-assets animations/kevin-iglesias. Native rig (not the
Quaternius-retargeted game GLB) so iClone can characterize the skeleton to HIK.
