revert(inbox): restore Ozan's shipped QuatSkin — v8 rig experiment backed out

The v8 body pushed here (078b0b7) broke Lena's hands + eyebrow fit and its
rest-mismatch premise was unconfirmed (ariki-game 174a0429e). Back to baseline.
